About Moushi

Founded in 2016, Moushi has been committed to serving authentic Hawaiian Poké Bowls with a Japanese twist. Moushi was created with the goal of providing fresh, nutritious and flavourful bowls with premium quality ingredients and with approachability. 

Moushi is proud to be a family-oriented restaurant with something for everybody on the menu. Raw? Cooked? Fried? Baked? Vegan? Keto? - we got you covered! All of our bowls are customizable so you can choose every ingredient that goes into it from start to finish. We are gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian friendly!

Went there for take-out yesterday for the first time and wasn't disappointed! My husband and I both customized our bowls and found the options very satisfying. For those of you who like spicy like I do, I would highly recommend topping off your bowl with the Korean Chili sauce!
